Well this summer I worked at a jewelry store. The job would have been much more stimulating if it wasn't located in the mall. Cache Valley has a mall...i know i've asked the same questions, why? On some days i could sit in the store without anyone walking by. I loved the store and I loved the owners they were great people. But it could get pretty boring. Anyway this is the view i had behind the desk.

Rattle Snakes in Vernal

I visited vernal this summer to see a bunch of my friends. This time i made it without any trouble. Actually on the way there where i wrecked my truck a deer started walking out on the highway, which made my ride turn into an hour longer adventure. Anyway we went paint balling and during our battles we all heard a rattle snake. Pretty scary stuff if you ask me.

PIG

Another fun adventure we had this summer was a chance to have a real pig roast. It was for a block party our ward was putting on. To cook the entire pig you have to bury it underground on top of coals. To get the coals hot you have to have an intense fire. So we signed up to watch the fire all night. We were just a bunch of crazy guys staying up all night! Whoa what will I do next??!!

where has ryan been???

Well Ryan has not been doing very well at putting up post so this will be the first of a few. This summer has been a blast and this is one of the few things i did. Me and my friend and now roommate Nate got an old record cabinet and renovated to fit our needs. Just a fun little project we had. The idea to do it came from last year when our T.V. and all the things that go with it was a disaster. So far its worked out perfectly.

Bear

This poor bear was kidnapped by terrorist during the holidays. It is super sad to see what these people will do. I was able to rescue him by entering the terrorist's lair. They were asking for billions of dollars for his release.

I just hit a patch of black ice and lost control. I am lucky that I left with just a few scratches.

I found this on youtube and it is hilarious. If you know German it kinda ruins it so just read the subtitles if you do.

BYU USU basketball

It was a really good game, BYU had the upper hand most of the game but our team is really young. The final score was 63-66.

This picture is funny because i found it on Facebook. someone tagged me in it (if you dont know what tagging means its when someone puts a picture on facebook you can put a tag on the picture where a certain person is.) Can you spot me in this picture? I couldn't at first either!

The things I've done this semester

This is actually something I did this summer. The week before we jumped from the higher cliff which was about 50 feet up. We were not able to this time cause the water level had dropped.



Even though none of the resorts are open we found a place at Tonys Grove which is high enough up in the mountains to have snow to board on.



From time to time its fun to get some shot guns and riffles and blow pumpkins up.



Actually I'm not too sure what happened that night. . .That's Barbara and Kylee



Here are some of my friends, in the back its Colin who grew up in our ward back east, next to him is Nate my roommate then his girlfriend Lauren. In the front Whitney then Kayla than me! and no I'm not dating any of them. Well maybe Colin but we will see how that works out.

So I went on a date on Tuesday and Mark, Shawna and Colin came along and we played tag and threw around a football at a park. It was fun and we boys had lots of fun on the tire swing. I bet Mark he couldn't jump the fence after spinning. I guess I was wrong.

Dave Alder has to be one the brightest kids I know. We had a class together the second semester this school year and the material really came easy to him. Although one of the brightest I normally found him on our couch watching T.V. or playing Dr. Mario. That Dr. Mario drained a lot of our time... He also was a very likable person, I don't think I ever heard someone have a negative thing to say about Dave.

The spell check informs me that I spelled his last name wrong... well that very well may be true. Mark is a ladies man. Oh yes, you girls are not able to control yourselves just looking at this picture. Even though he has settled down with a girlfriend, who is awesome, there was always someone for Mark. Another thing, Mark is a strong name. I like to compare it to Star Trek when the captain would say "lets set a mark" Oh, and nobody knows more about sports than Mark.

There was another picture of Brad I had but I promised him I would never let any one see it... I will let you all think about what it could be. Never in my life have I met someone so dedicated to studying. He could spend the entire day at the library. It wasn't just studying that he was dedicated to it was everything he did. The summer before school started he did summer sales. Even though he is incredibly modest he still told us he did really well.

Homeless Awareness Night

Well we took 1st prize once again...no one can stop us!




This year we decided to put up a V shaped roof.




It worked out great but we still left the night wanting to do much more. We were able to stand up in it and walk around but we want next year to do more than one room. So I have decided to team up with a friend of mine that always is our competition.

Me and the gang wana thank all of those who helped especially Darrell's appliance! they really do have the greatest service and sales in Logan Utah!

On the left here we see Chris and Weston Jamming away. I really enjoy the song they where playing but i had never heard it with this violin girl. It really added to it and made it sweet. On the left is Colin and Weston, they really are talented!
